Abstract:
Some are still struggling to cope with the basics of the web,
while the possibilities to integrate it into the learning and
teaching process have already developped - well, yes, enormously!
With the now nearly traditional web-research Gutenberg strategies
were and are still in the centre of attention with information to
be gathered, read and understood. That's fine with me and there
are loads of interesting and rewarding experiences connected to
those wonderful web-years.
And yet web.2 offers new attractive possibilities and challenges
at the same time when blogs and podcasts are used in the learning
process and the multimedia aspects of the web gain a much better
access to the classroom, not only with youtube. Research and
learning can be turned into a more public affair with
web-publishing on the spot [in the blog] and various web-based
methods melting together. This becomes definitely obvious when
looking at e-learning platforms like moodle - and experiences from
e-learning can be transferred to classroom-based web-learning as
well.
All this will be shown and reflected with a glimpse at digital
learning processes at school, at university and in the air with
e-learning teachers of German worldwide.
