    Type 1 :

    -If George doesn`t look after Lennie, his living conditions won`t be as good as now.
    -If he doesn`t kill Lennie, the other farm hands will punish him.

    Type 2 :

    -If Candy didn`t have a dream, his live could be easier.
    -If George didn`t have his dream, he wouldn`t be able to stay alive.

    Type 3 :

    -If Candy`s dog hadn`t been shot, he would have had a painful life.
    -If  Curley`s wife hadn`t asked Lennie to pet her hair, she wouldn`t have been killed.
